On what principles does PP Reddy Retirement Homes work?
We feel that it is our duty to treat elderly people with love and affection because they just don’t need it, but deserve it! It is the place that you feel most relaxed and happy. Each member of our team is committed for bringing a positive change in their life.
Why we must choose PP Reddy Retirement Homes?
PP Reddy Retirement Home provides the required high-quality care services. Our care blended with comfort and compassion puts life back into lives. The infrastructure is designed on 4 Acres of lush green area, away for noise and pollution. The building is designed for senior citizens keeping their comfort in first place.
Is healthy food provided at PP Reddy Retirement Homes?
Vegetables, fruits everything in our Retirement Home is organic. Specialized cooks, diet plans & well designed dining hall makes our residents to enjoy food to their heart.
Do you have special medical team for routine checkups?
Yes we have Senior Medical Doctor and team of nurses taking good care of our residents. They are normally available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and will attend to all emergencies, decide and direct the specific care in consultation with specialists or the medical team every day.
What are the special features available in case of a medical emergency?
It is a boon to our retirement home that many super specialty hospitals like Apolo-DRDO, Owaisi, Kamineni Hospitals, Om Sai Super Specialty Hospital and Global Hospitals are a stone throw away from our retirement home. In a medical emergency, first we take our resident to the nearby super specialty hospital. Later we inform the family members about the medical condition of our resident.
Is there any alternative transport available in case of emergency?
Yes we do have a special vehicle an ambulance with a team of drivers to meet the special needs of our residents.
When are the family members informed, in case of an emergency?
Dont worry about this. We keep contact numbers of your family members at the time of admission and they will be informed immediately as soon as possible.
What are the provisions made for people who cannot walk?
We have designed our retirement home keeping in mind, residents who need support to stand and walk. Specialized support bars throughout the perimeter is designed and placed. Attender services are available all the time for almost all their activities. Support bars are also placed in bathrooms for the comfort of our residents. In our retirement home, all the flooring and bathrooms are designed with anti skid material.
What is the procedure to enroll at PP Reddy Retirement Homes?
We do not discriminate on the basis of caste, age or religion. Neither do we have categories. However, there are certain fundamental aspects as good conduct, clean habits, manners and etiquettes, and flexible nature. We expect that members live cohesively and cooperatively with others. They follow the rules and maintain decorum.
Can I ask for special facilities anytime?
Yes, we provide customized facilities. These facilities are designed for the comfort of our residents.
Do you provide Television in every room?
Yes, all the rooms in our retirement home has 32 inches LED televisions and a separate cable connection for every room.
Do you have a library for reading books?
Yes, we do have a library with a reading room. Our library has thousands of books.
Do you have a healthy clean environment?
Yes, we have different gardens that is designed on 21,000 Sft area in different parts of the campus. And a half acre of organic plantation for vegetables and fruits. We have also planted thousand’s of trees in the campus for fresh air and healthy living lifestyle for our residents.
Do you organize tours and outings?
Yes we do plan and organize outing tours to spiritual places.
Are grand children allowed to visit and how long can they stay at PP Reddy Retirement Homes?
Yes they are always welcome to visit you. However, you need to take prior approval for their stay. Also, the accommodation and food will be on a chargeable basis. We may extend some facilities complimentary as a goodwill gesture.
What are the various categories of twin sharing accommodation provided?
It is allotted to spouse and blood relations on the priority. If it is not applicable, then people of the same gender are allotted based on personal likings and willingness. We provide retirement friendly environment to our residents.
What will happen to my spouse after me?
Please don’t worry about it! We wish your good health and long association with us. However, our team makes sure that the facilities are allotted to a right person. We accommodate a person of the same gender from the waiting list.
Can I quit now and rejoin again at a later date?
Yes, you may. It is possible, but you may find it difficult because there is a queue of people waiting to join. We do not assign any priority to people based on the fact that they are ex-residents of our retirement home. It is against the natural justice.
Can I have a guest staying over?
Yes, with a nominal extra charge your guest can stay and enjoy our hospitality.
Do you have a walking track?
Yes we have a specially designed garden with a walking track in the campus.
Do you have a RO water plant and generator backup?
Yes, we have a specially designed RO water plant and generator backup.
Are residents safe and secure at PP Reddy Retirement Homes?
Yes, the entire campus is electric solar censed. Dedicated security team with high definition CCTV surveillance is available 24/7.
Can we keep our personal vehicles and pets?
Yes, there is a provision for the above.
Do you have an auditorium or a home theatre?
Yes we have a 70 mm auditorium and home theater for the entertainment of our residents.
